Organizers planning a charity scramble, a corporate outing or a member event post a request, and Course Quotes matches it to courses nearby by state and distance. To be matched, list your course: it's free. Only the course's name, a contact email and your state (so we can match you) are required, and a password for your login, unless you press Continue with Google instead. The rest (address, how far you'll travel for an outing, capacity, food and beverage, a short pitch) helps us match you well. Registering creates your Golf Sync login and signs you in.

To see the outing requests near you before you register, open outing demand for courses and pick your state.

Your Course dashboard has Email me new outing requests, one choice per login for each of your courses: as requests arrive (up to 5 a day, the rest in one email the next morning), one email each morning, or none. It says whether Golf Sync is emailing courses yet; if we aren't, your choice is kept for when we start, and the dashboard still lists every open request.

On the Course dashboard press Submit a bid. Pick the outing request and which of your courses the bid is for, then say whether you can host the date (it Matches the requested date, you're Proposing alternate dates, or you Can't accommodate that date), your price and food and beverage per person, your capacity, how long the bid is good for, what's included, and a note. Press Submit bid.

Your bids are under My bids, where you and the organizer can message each other on each bid. To take one back, press Withdraw: the organizer no longer sees it.

When an organizer awards the outing to you, both of you are emailed each other's contact details. The award isn't a binding contract: you work out the details directly. Afterwards the dashboard asks Did you host this outing?; answering helps us vouch for your course to the next organizer.

Course Manager is where your course's staff run its Golf Sync presence: the scorecard, what players see at your course, events and insights.

Getting in. A manager at your course (or Golf Sync) invites you by email. Open the link, sign in or create your free account, and accept; the invitation lasts 7 days. After that, golfsync.io/course-manager opens your course straight away (with more than one course, pick one). To invite a colleague, press Invite manager: they get the same access you have.

Your course dashboard is grouped as Daily operations (Overview, Player Activity, Events & Tournaments, Pace of Play), Player surfaces (Turn Coupons, Course Specials, Smart Tee Pick, Leaderboard Broadcast), Venue setup (Scorecard, Per-Hole Details) and Insights (Performance Insights). The scorecard you keep there is the one every league round at your course reads.

Member-guest, club championship, charity scramble: open Events & Tournaments and press + New event. You set it up on the same form a Golf Sync XP starts from, and each day of play runs on the same console as a Golf Sync XP's tournaments (its header reads Manage console): pairings, live scoring, leaderboards, contests, sponsor boards and a print pack. Events & Tournaments also lists any event a Golf Sync league has scheduled at your course.

A course event isn't a Golf Sync XP, though, and doesn't have the XP's event-wide extras: the page of every day's join code with one code for the whole event, a public event page, connecting Stripe on the Store tab for card payments, the cash position, the event recap and the organizer kit.
