Golf Sync XP is $395 an event, any number of tournaments. No Golf Sync fee on registrations, ever. Sponsors who pay by card or bank add 1.5%, unless your event raises money for a charity we've verified.

Local business sponsors need real paperwork
The car dealership sponsoring a hole needs an invoice with your billing entity and EIN, not a text message. Generate per-sponsor PDF invoices in one click, and send each sponsor a post-event recap showing where their logo ran.
Collecting money from parents is the worst part
Take card payments online through Stripe, plus check, ACH, and in-person for the families who prefer it. Funds settle directly into your school's or booster club's own Stripe account.

Can a PTA or booster club use this without a golf background?
Yes. The tee sheet builds itself in one click — sponsor foursomes stay together, self-grouped parties stay intact, and solo players fill in by handicap. You don't need to know how to pair a shotgun start to run one.
Can multiple parent volunteers help manage the event?
Yes. The organizer console runs in a browser or on an iPad, so whoever is working the registration table can check players in, add walk-ups by name, and open scoring without a laptop or a handoff.
How much does it cost?
Golf Sync XP is $395 an event, any number of tournaments, whatever the size of the field: sign-ups and payments, sponsors, live scoring on every phone and the clubhouse TV, results and sponsor recaps. If you'd rather we run it for you, Golf Sync VIP adds $250 for each tournament. You set your own registration prices and keep that revenue.
Are fees added at checkout for players or sponsors?
Not for players: Golf Sync adds no fee to registrations or donations, and there's no tip prompt. Sponsors who pay by card or bank add a 1.5% Golf Sync fee on top of the tier price, unless your event raises money for a 501(c)(3) charity we've verified. Many platforms are free to the organizer precisely because they add their fee at checkout; we charge you for the event instead. Standard Stripe card-processing fees still apply and go to Stripe, not to us, with funds settling into your own Stripe account.
Will golfers outside our network find the event?
They can. Golf Sync also runs a public tournament catalog that players browse by state, city, and ZIP code, and listing your event there is free whether or not you run it on Golf Sync XP — so your tournament is discoverable by golfers already searching for something to play in.
