Golf Sync XP
Your whole golf event, run properly.
Golf Sync XP runs your whole golf event (sign-ups and payments, sponsors, live scoring on every phone and the clubhouse TV, results and sponsor recaps) for one flat $395, or we run it for you. Private by default. Public when you want it.
$395 an event, any number of tournaments · we run it for $250 a tournament
For tournament organizers
Registration, sponsors, live scoring?
That's the easy part.
Those three are what every tournament platform advertises, and Golf Sync does them too. Then it runs the jobs that actually take up an organizer's month, in the same console as the event itself.
Public registration and sponsor sign-up are switched on one event at a time; an XP is private until you open it.
Then we run the rest
Pictures use sample data. The event further down the page is real.
Budget & P&L
Registration fees and sponsorships fill in the revenue. Add what you are spending and the net is always current.

Volunteer shifts
Set the shifts and see who is covering each one, instead of running it from a group text.

Flexible rosters & pairings
Paste the spreadsheet you already have, add walk-ons on the morning, and re-pair without starting over.
In the console: Roster import · Pairings & Teams
The Print Pack
Cart signs, hole-sponsor signs, contest signs, QR cards and a sponsor wall, made from your own pairings and sponsors.

Live closest-to-the-pin
Players post their distance from their phones and the board updates as they do. Long drive works the same way.
In the console: Contests
A course packet
A one-page brief and a tee sheet the pro shop can import, so nobody retypes 120 names the night before.
In the console: Course packet
Clubhouse TV leaderboard
Put the live board on the clubhouse TV with a short code. It keeps itself current all day.

Lodging for your field
Players coming in from out of town? We set up a hotel booking site for your field through our lodging partner, EventPipe, with discounted rooms near the course.

What a Golf Sync XP actually is
The work is the same either way.
The only question is who does it.
Every competition has to be designed, built, printed, run and settled. Golf Sync gives you the tools to do all 24 of these yourself. VIP means we do it for you — remotely, or standing next to you on the first tee.
With VIP, Golf Sync runs your tournament for you.
Not a help article and not a support queue — an actual competition person designing your event, building it, producing your materials and working the day with you. You get to host your own tournament instead of operating it.

* Physical materials cost extra
Anything starred comes to you electronically at no extra cost and you print it. Professionally printed and shipped adds printing, supplies and shipping.
Everything is built for your event
Not templates. Scorecards are laid out around the exact competition being played, with a box for whatever players actually need to write down.
On-site depends on location
On-Site is by arrangement and depends where you are. Remote covers the entire competition anywhere.
Private by default, public if you ask
An XP is joined by a 6-digit code with no public page at all. Open a single event up and you get a registration page, sponsors, donations, volunteers and a Tournament Catalog listing — your call, one event at a time.
A real one, read-only
Here is an actual event, running.
Tournaments, formats, pairings and a live standings table — the same screens an organizer uses, not a mock-up.
Tell us about yours
Two ways to run it.
Read them, then tell us about your event. Nothing is charged here and nothing is chosen here — the builder asks how much you want us to do, and “not sure yet” is a real answer. We confirm the tournament count with you, send an invoice, and switch your event on once it is paid.
Self Service
You run it. Full access to the tool — formats, handicaps, pairings, scoring and standings.
$395 per event — any number of tournaments, any field size.
Golf Sync VIP
We run it for youWe design the competition, build it in Golf Sync, produce your event materials and run it with you on the day.
$250 for each tournament, on top of the $395 platform fee.*
*Event materials and on-site presence, if you want them, are quoted for your event: $250 to $750 each, depending on its size and specifications. On-site includes travel. Charges from our premium vendor relationships are separate.
Tell us about your event.
Six short screens, no account needed, and nothing here is a quote. The only thing we have to have is an email address to come back to you on.
