Corporate sponsors have an AP department
Generate proper per-sponsor PDF invoices with billing entity, address, EIN, and itemized breakdown, and let sponsors pay by card, check, ACH, or invoice — whichever their accounting team requires.

Can we keep our existing sponsor tier structure?
Yes. You define your own tiers with prices, included player tickets, benefit bullets, and an optional invoice line-item breakdown, so a structure that's worked for years carries over as-is.
Can sponsors claim the player spots included in their package?
Yes. Sponsors whose tier bundles a foursome get a single link to fill in their player names, which saves a back-and-forth email thread with every sponsor.
How much does it cost?
One flat cost, starting at $250–$300 for setup — your event's registration and sponsor website, online card payments, a sponsor tier ladder, and day-of check-in. Live mobile scoring and a big-screen leaderboard is $400; the engagement tier with push broadcasts, sponsor PDF invoices, and tiered mulligans is $750+. You set your own registration prices and keep that revenue.
Are fees added at checkout for players or sponsors?
No. There's no platform fee, service fee, or tip prompt added to what your registrants and sponsors pay. Many platforms are free to the organizer precisely because they recover their cost that way; we charge you one flat amount instead. Standard Stripe card-processing fees still apply and go to Stripe, not to us, with funds settling into your own Stripe account.
Will golfers outside our network find the event?
They can. Golf Sync also runs a public tournament catalog that players browse by state, city, and ZIP code, and listing your event there is free whether or not you host with us — so your tournament is discoverable by golfers already searching for something to play in.
