Course Manager · powered by Golf Sync
The complete digital layer for your course.
A branded members' app, tournaments and leagues, live leaderboards on the clubhouse TV, digital sponsorship that pays for itself, member deals and perks, and per-hole content — all run from one web console. It lives alongside your tee-time app, not against it.
This is the real product — not a mockup
Run your whole club from one web console.
Members, events & leagues, per-hole content, branding, scorecard, insights — everything your members experience in the app is configured from a single manager portal. No spreadsheets, no separate tools.

Daily operations
Members, events & tournaments, and leagues — run it all from the sidebar.
Player surfaces
Per-hole content, sponsor placement, and your branding — control exactly what members see.
Insights
Rounds, active players, and performance insights at a glance.
What your members get
A branded app in every member's pocket.
Your logo, your colors, your hero photo — and a clean set of doors to everything a member does between rounds. The same scoring and leaderboard experience runs your tournaments, so it's all one consistent app, top to bottom.

The members' home
A branded club hub
Your hero image and brand greet the member, with one-tap doors to play a round, leagues, events, and member perks. It feels like your club's own app.

A live tournament
Tournaments, the same app
When you host an event, the live leaderboard, team scoring, and a course-branded sponsor card all render in the same app — consistent with everything else members already use.
…and the whole tournament flow members tap through:

Live scoring
Pick a tee, tap to score each hole — saved as you go, no submit button.

Course setup
Pars + stroke index per hole, so net and Stableford math is right.

Pairings
Random or handicap-balanced groups in a tap.
…and on the big screen
The same leaderboard, cast to the clubhouse TV.
A login-free, auto-refreshing leaderboard for the clubhouse screen — your event title, live standings, and the sponsor's logo, all from the same tournament your members are scoring on their phones.

And it pays for itself
A sponsorship and deals engine, built in.
Every surface a member already looks at — the leaderboard, the TV cast, each hole on the scorecard — is also a place to sell a local sponsor. And the member-deals wallet drives the engagement that keeps them opening your app. You control all of it from the console; it's revenue and retention, not just an app bill.
The entry moment
The first thing a player sees when they open the app is a full-screen, sponsor-branded splash — the most-seen ad slot you have. (Think a local business like an indoor-golf studio or a club restaurant featured to every member as they walk in.)
Digital sponsorship
Sell per-hole signs, a leaderboard banner, and a TV-cast logo to a local business. Placements render in the app + on the clubhouse screen, with impressions counted — proof you hand the sponsor.
Member deals you control
Drop a halfway-house special, a range-ball deal, or a pro-shop coupon — it lands in the member's wallet and gives them a reason to open your app between rounds.
Per-hole content
A deal or note that appears the moment a member reaches that hole on the scorecard — a sponsor surface that doesn't exist on a tee-time app.
The morning-after recap
Every hosted event auto-generates a branded recap for the title sponsor — TV minutes, views, every logo placement, timestamped. It's what renews the sponsorship before you ask.

We're not asking you to replace anything.
Your management company, your tee-time app for tee times, your current member communications — none of that changes. Golf Sync is the layer that lives where those tools weren't designed to: the four hours a player is on your property, and the engagement window between rounds. It rides alongside your existing app, not against it.
The whole platform, $200–$300/mo.
Less than one rebooked outing pays for the year. We're onboarding our first courses this summer — the easiest way in is a free pilot outing, then we turn on the rest.
