Hosted tournaments

A hosted tournament comes with a public microsite carrying your logo and colours — where golfers register, sponsors sign up, donors give, and anyone can watch the leaderboard on the day.

You control whether it's publicly listed. Until you publish it, the page is visible only to you and anyone you've granted access.

Registrants can pay six ways, and you choose which ones to offer:

• Credit card and bank transfer (ACH) — processed online.
• Check by mail, invoice / PO, pay at the event, and Venmo — recorded as pending, and you mark them paid as the money arrives.

Card and ACH need your own Stripe account connected first — you do that once in the Payments tab. Money goes directly to your account, not through us, and we take no cut of your registrations. Stripe's own processing fee applies, and you decide whether to absorb it or pass it on.

Until Stripe is connected, card and bank-transfer registrations still come in — they're simply recorded as unpaid for you to reconcile, rather than failing.

Build a tier ladder, and sponsors sign up from your event site. Each sponsor can upload their own logo through an emailed link, so you're not chasing artwork.

Their logo then appears on the microsite, on hole signage, and on the TV leaderboard — and we count the impressions. Each sponsor can be given a QR code for lead capture at the event, and the scans export to a spreadsheet.

After the event, every sponsor gets a recap PDF showing where their brand appeared and what it reached. It sends automatically the day after, or you can preview and send it yourself. It's the single most useful thing you can hand a sponsor when you ask them again next year.

Check-in — tick players off as they arrive, with a running count. If someone hasn't paid you'll be warned, but never blocked; you can sort it out afterwards.

Pairings — build groups per flight. For team formats (scramble, best ball, alternate shot) grouping is managed on the Teams tab and pairings simply mirror it, so you're never maintaining two lists.

Contests — closest to the pin, longest drive, longest putt, straightest drive, hole-in-one. Each can carry a sponsor.

Live scoring can be paused or frozen if you need to hold results, and an audit view flags anything unusual in the scoring.

The Print Pack generates everything you'd otherwise be laying out by hand the night before: the join-table sign, a welcome banner, the sponsor wall, hole sponsor signs, contest signs, cart signs, tee gift tags, wayfinding, and a store purchase list.

Take them individually or as one bundled PDF, already populated with your event's real sponsors and holes.

Set a short code for your event — something like AUGUSTA-2026 — and anyone can open the live leaderboard on any TV or laptop browser by typing golfsync.io/tv/YOUR-CODE. No login, no app.

The display rotates between the leaderboard and a sponsor spotlight, refreshing on its own, with rows large enough to read across a room. We'll print you a card with the code and a QR for the pro shop, so a bartender can set it up without calling you.
