The live team board, on every player's phone.

Live scoring on every player's phone, the leaderboard on the clubhouse TV, sponsor logos rotating between holes. You've already got registration and sponsors handled — bring us a CSV of who's playing and we run the day-of.

Summer sale · ends Jul 31

$75/event

$150

The full package — everything included

Live scoring · clubhouse-TV leaderboard · sponsor recognition · push announcements

Invoiced after your event — no charge until we've delivered.

Ryan's on call morning-of. Weather hold at 7am? One text and we're on it.

What it is

A layer on top of what you already use.

Tournament Day doesn't replace your registration system. Keep whatever you use today — foundation page, paper signup sheet, third-party event tool. Bring us a CSV of who's playing and we'll run the scoring side of the day — pairings on a tee sheet, scores on every phone, standings on the clubhouse TV, sponsor recognition between every leaderboard refresh, push notifications when you need to reach the whole field.

We're not in your money flow. You collect entry fees, sponsor checks, and mulligan cash the way you already do. We just count the mulligans and show them on the scorecard.

What it's not

Not a registration tool.

  • Not a registration funnel
  • Not silent auction software
  • Not sponsor billing or invoice generation
  • Not a payment processor for your event

If you also need full registration + sponsor billing, see the full hosted-tournament product — same engine, more of the funnel.

The moment that matters

What players see when they finish 18.

They walk into the clubhouse. The leaderboard is live on the TV. Their team is on the big screen. Sponsor logos rotate between standings. This is the moment a donor asks you to run next year's event.

See the player + TV experience

What the day looks like.

Four moments that matter, mapped to the surfaces that handle them. The clubhouse TV is the wedge; everything else makes it feel like one product.

Upload a CSV + fill a one-page event form. No registration funnel, no Stripe required (unless you want to sell mulligans through us — and we don't think you should).

Leaderboard on the clubhouse TV

The wedge. Players finish 18 and see Team Riley at −8 on a 65-inch screen with the sponsor logo above it. Sells next year's contract.

Player · mobile · day-of

Live scoring + foursome view

Players join with a memorable code, find their team, post scores, see the leaderboard from their phone. No standard onboarding required.

One-button announcer

Push notifications to every player in the field. Weather hold, lunch ready, awards starting in 10. The event chair stops yelling.

What you get

Everything below is live in production today and proven at real charity events. Two items (50/50 raffle, SMS fallback) are on the roadmap and clearly marked — we don't list things that don't exist yet without saying so.

LiveLive in production today RoadmapOn the roadmap

Org setup (web)

One-screen setup: CSV + event form

Live

Upload a roster CSV (name, email, team, handicap, phone, mulligans) plus a one-page event form (course, tees, date, shotgun time). ~60 seconds for a 144-player field. No registration funnel required.

Two-shotgun (AM + PM) same-day support

Live

Add a flight column to your roster CSV (AM / PM) and we auto-split the import to the right sibling tournament. One sponsor entry serves both flights — one physical sign, two flights.

Memorable tournament code

Live

Players join with a code like C2-ADOPT-2026 — public on the microsite + printed materials. Not a security token; designed to be readable on signage from across the parking lot.

Sponsor entry + per-hole assignment

Live

Add sponsors with logo + tier + hole assignment. Drives leaderboard recognition + the printable hole signage PDF.

Email-optional roster (charity-grade)

Live

Most charity rosters arrive with one email per foursome — or none. Name is the only required field; add walk-ups in seconds. We capture an email (or an alternate) the first time each player opens their round.

Event-morning operations

Open scoring on your signal

Live

Scoring stays closed until you tap Open — one button for the whole field. No early scores, no confusion before the shotgun.

Tap-to-check-in at the welcome table

Live

Check players in by tapping a name, on web or your phone. A 'who's here' band shows registered vs. opened-app vs. checked-in counts at a glance, so you know who's still in the parking lot.

Run it from an iPad

Live

The organizer console installs as an iPad app — full-screen, landscape, branded dialogs that work installed. Run check-in, scoring, and the leaderboard from a chair at the registration table. No laptop.

Leaderboard TV (the wedge)

Cast-to-TV leaderboard view

Live

A 1080p+ view designed for the clubhouse TV — team-vs-team standings update as scores post. Players walk into the clubhouse after 18 and see their team on the big screen. The moment that sells next year's contract.

Auto-rotate: leaderboard ↔ sponsor spotlight

Live

The TV cycles between the full leaderboard and a sponsor spotlight reel every 12 seconds — so every sponsor logo gets airtime in front of the whole field. Contest highlights (CTP / long-drive) coming next.

15-second leaderboard freshness

Live

Existing live-scoring code already pushes updates every ~15 seconds with a last-updated timestamp. The TV view inherits this.

Player experience

Live scoring on the player's phone

Live

Mobile scorecard, marker confirmation, withdrawal handling — already in production. Tournament Day reuses it without changes.

Mobile leaderboard for spectators

Live

Anyone with the link sees the live leaderboard from their phone. Family members at home watch the round in real time.

'Here for a Tournament' quick onboarding

Live

Non-GolfSync players bypass the full signup (no handicap, no GHIN, no payment setup) — straight to the tournament code, tap their team, tap their name, in. A real lightweight account is created in the background.

Find your foursome by team

Live

Roster is grouped by team — tap your team to see your foursome. Solves duplicate-name disambiguation and introduces the foursome in the same moment.

Team scoring — scramble, alt-shot, best ball, 4-3-2

Live

One shared team card per format. Any teammate can enter the group's score, and collaborative scoring keeps the foursome in sync — no arguments at the scorer's table.

Team mulligan packs the scorer can spend

Live

Mulligan packs are shared across the team. When the scorer enters a hole, they pick whose mulligan to use — tracked per teammate, no double-spending.

WHS net scoring, shown to par

Live

Course handicaps use the full WHS formula — index × (slope ÷ 113) + (course rating − par) — so net team scores are accurate, not a rough estimate. Every leaderboard shows relative-to-par.

Sponsor recognition

Sponsor spotlight on every player surface

Live

Sponsor recognition shows everywhere a player looks: rotating on the TV leaderboard (every 12s), and as a 'Hole 7 sponsored by Wells Fargo' card above the scorecard as the player advances. Drives the sponsor renewal moment we want.

Printable hole signage PDF

Live

One PDF page per (sponsor × hole). Print on the morning of, zip-tie to the tee box. Single sign serves both flights of a two-shotgun event.

Announcer

One-button push announcements

Live

Pre-canned messages (weather hold, lunch ready, awards starting) + free text. Sends to every player in the field who has the app installed. Designed for the event chair who's running between the starter shack and the clubhouse.

SMS fallback for non-app players

Roadmap

When a player joined with phone number but didn't install the app, fall back to SMS. Deferred from v1 — we don't have an SMS integration today.

On-course fundraising

Mulligan tracking (you collect, we count)

Live

Tell us how many mulligans each player bought (default per-tournament or CSV column). Players see a counter on their scorecard and tap to use one per hole. You collect via Venmo at the registration table — we stay out of the money flow.

50/50 raffle with live pot ticker

Roadmap

Players buy in from their phone, pot total updates on the clubhouse TV in real time, draw the winner at the end. Requires Stripe Connect for the org. Deferred from v1.

What if…

Three questions every Tournament Chair has. Three honest answers.

Weather

What if our event gets rained out?

No charge if the event doesn't happen — you're invoiced after, not before. If we have to reschedule day-of, your setup carries to the new date at no extra cost.

Connectivity

What if internet at the course is spotty?

Players score on their phone's cellular data, not course wifi — the leaderboard updates whenever a signal's there. The clubhouse TV needs basic clubhouse wifi (which every course has).

Support

Who do I call if something breaks day-of?

Ryan, the founder. Personal cell, morning-of. Not a support inbox, not a ticket queue — one person, on call, the entire day of your event.

Bring your roster. We'll bring the leaderboard.

$75 per event, all-in $150 — summer sale through July 31. Invoiced after — no charge until we've delivered. Ryan on call morning-of. Set up your event yourself, or send us a note and we'll do it with you.
