Someone put a round on the calendar. Here's how to RSVP without being that guy.
Participant Guide
Responding to a Tee Time Poll
When a friend creates a poll to check who's free, you'll see it on your dashboard under "Active Tee Time Polls" with a "Vote needed" badge. Open the poll and click "I'm In" or "Can't Make It" for each date option. The booker sees the tally and picks the best day before booking.
Accepting or Declining a Round Invite
When the booker creates a round and invites you, it appears in your dashboard under My Rounds with an INVITED badge. Open the round detail page and click Accept Invite or Decline. You can only accept rounds you were explicitly invited to.
Viewing Round Details
Your accepted and pending rounds appear on your dashboard. Click any round to see the course, date, time, other players, and their statuses. You can see who else is in and whether the round is PENDING, BOOKED, or COMPLETED. Team rounds show a scoring-mode badge (Scramble / Best Ball / Alternate Shot) so you know whether you're keeping your own card or sharing one.
Posting Your Score — Quick Path
After the round, open the Round detail page and tap "Submit Total Score." Enter your gross strokes (18–200) and submit. This is the fastest way to log a score when you don't need per-hole detail.
Posting Your Score — Scan the Card
For per-hole detail, tap "Open Scorecard" on the round detail to launch the scorecard editor, then "Scan card" to take or upload a photo of the paper scorecard. The OCR fills pars and your strokes; you can edit any cell. See the Scorecards & Scoring guide for the full feature set including Standard ↔ Advanced mode, GIR/Putts/Penalties tracking, net scoring, and sharing.
Live Leaderboard During the Round
Tap "Live Leaderboard" on the round detail to see how the group is doing in real time. Refreshes every ~6 seconds while the round is in progress; pauses when your phone is locked or backgrounded. Your row is highlighted, ties are prefixed with a "T," and players who haven't started show as "Not started."
Rate Your Group After the Round
When the round is COMPLETED, a "Rate your group" section appears on the round detail. Tap any teammate to open the rating sheet. Pick up to 5 trait tags — Fast pace, Good etiquette, Knows the rules, Honest scorekeeper, Punctual, Good sport, etc. — and submit. Tags are aggregated across rounds; single ratings stay private. Tags appear under each player's name on the friends list once they have enough ratings.
Playing in a Tournament You Found
Tournaments in the public catalog are run by their own organizers, so you sign up on their site, not here — the Register button hands you off. Once you're entered, you can Track the event to keep it on your list and add friends so you can coordinate. If the organizer runs their event on Golf Sync, you'll score it in the app exactly like any other round, and the live leaderboard updates as groups post. If they don't, the catalog listing is simply how you found it.
Finding a Group to Play With
If you want to enter a tournament but don't have a foursome, look for the "looking for partners" pill on a listing — tap "I'm in" and it opens a direct message with whoever posted it. You can post your own too: say how many players you still need and add a short note about your handicap or where you're driving from. Close your post once your group is full so nobody replies to a spot that's gone.
Viewing What You Owe
If the booker sets dues for you, you'll see the amount next to your name in the Players section on the Round detail page. Once you've paid the booker, they'll mark you as PAID and the badge will update.
Getting Nudge Messages
If you haven't responded to an invite, the booker can send you a nudge. It arrives as a direct message in your Clubhouse Chat inbox. You can reply there or go straight to the Round detail page to accept or decline.
